Garden group started business revitalization for restaurants since we did a corporate acquisition in 2007. Since then, we have had opportunities to acquire several companies and developed rebranding F&B business. Now we own more than 10 brands under Garden group. Those brands are not only owned directly by Garden group, but also by many partner companies. Our highly profitable restaurant franchise package drew attention nation wide. We have worked together with many partner companies to open new shops and kept on growing the business.
The number of foreign visitors to Japan has been increased each year and the number of visitors in 2017 was 28million. Japanese food became more popular globally and we receive inquiries about our brands and the franchise package.
Now, we are ready to cooperate with partners in overseas. Based on our history of working together with partners, we are willing to share genuine Japanese cuisine and introduce Japanese culture, hospitality, and tastes.

Established at Namikibashi (Shibuya) in 2017. The smooth, firm noodles have a chewy texture when you bite them. Combined with a flavorful broth, this bowl of udon is inherited from the tradition of Sanuki udon, yet it is the one and only. We have created a wide variety of unique "Udon," such as basic "Udon" for four seasons and "limited edition Udon" originated by "Yamashita Honki Udon". We started rolling out under the Corona Disaster in August 2020. The innovative and sophisticated space incorporates a modern Japanese style. Enjoying "Yamashita Honki Udon" in such a space is a great success, with customers lining up at all the restaurants every day. The company boasts an astonishing store track record, with sales of up to 23.5 million*1 and profits of up to 10 million*1. The payback period for directly managed stores averaged 1 year and 7 months*2 for all stores.※1. Actual results as of December 2022 ※2. For some stores, the payback period is calculated from operating income.
Horse, beef, pork, chicken, duck, and etc… We, Nikusushi, are the world’s first restaurants, whichi provide many kinds of meat through the unique cooking method called “vacuum low-temperature cooking”. Nikusushi restaurants is very unique for its combination of Japanese SUSHI culture, popular meat dishes and IZAKAYA(casual tavern) style, and keeps opening new places with its new and unique style. We will expand NIKUSUSHI business world wide to satisfy Japanese food experts in overseas.
IEKEI Ramen noodles were founded in Yokohama. Its' noodles are firm and thick which come in rich soup featuring pork-bone broth, chicken oil called CHIIYU, and soy-sauce. The noodles are usually topped with a large slice of seaweed and spinach. You can chose firmness of noodles, amount of oil, and richness of flavor. IEKEI Ramen is now making a movement from Yokohama to nation wide as a new type of Ramen noodles
ICHIRYU was founded in Hakata, Fukuoka in 1955. It was a first Ramen stand among all the food stands on the side of Nakagawa river. After a while, ICHIRYU placed its main shop in Nakasu and their noodles addicted local ramen noodle experts for years. It now attracts visitors from all over Japan and world. Garden group has successfully made the franchise package of ICHIRYU. As the genuine TONKOTSU(pork-bone broth) Ramen shop, ICHIRYU is developing its brand based on 60 years of the history.
It would take about 6 months from conclusion of formal franchise contract to opening the restaurant . It depends on the progress of training, construction, and other factors.
